Eagle Pass, TX - A couple weeks ago, a case of animal cruelty was presented in the Las Brisas neighborhood where a subject fired a rifle and killed a dog; the owner reported the incident and now the shooter will face charges.
The victim, the sheriff said, stated that during an altercation with the subject who was renting a house owned by her, the man pulled out a rifle and shot at the dog.
The assailant was identified as “Nacho” who authorities are still investigating, the sheriff assured. In addition to the MCSO detectives division, the Buddy Foundation is also getting involved.

Eagle Pass, TX - Hace un par de semanas se presentó un caso de crueldad animal en la colonia Las Brisas donde un sujeto disparó un rifle y mató a un perro; el propietario denunció el incidente y ahora el tirador enfrentará cargos.
La víctima, dijo el alguacil, afirmó que durante un altercado con el sujeto que estaba alquilando una casa de su propiedad, el hombre sacó un rifle y le disparó al perro.
El agresor fue identificado como “Nacho” a quien las autoridades aún investigan, aseguró el alguacil.
Además del departamento de detectives de MCSO, la Fundación Buddy también se está involucrando.
