Eagle Pass, TX - Three individuals who deprived another man of his liberty in an area north of Maverick County were arrested at a home located on Concho Street, within the city of Eagle Pass.
This case was worked on by the Maverick County Sheriff's Office alongside the Eagle Pass Police Department, reported the MCSO deputy chief Roberto de León.
For investigative reasons, the authority did not reveal details of the victim, but did reveal details of those who are now detained on the charge of aggravated kidnapping.
The subjects were identified as Manuel and Carlos Galván, 30 and 35 years old, and José Garza after the victim identified them.
The trio allegedly 'lifted' the victim on Pecos Street north of the community.
Investigative work took the officers to a house within the municipal area where after detecting it, they found the suspects and were able to rescue the victim who had some injuries on his face, De León said.
Since this is considered a serious case, De Leon assured that they are intensifying the investigation to find out the reason for this kidnapping.

Eagle Pass, TX - Tres individuos que privaron de su libertad a otro hombre en un área al norte del condado de Maverick fueron arrestados en una casa ubicada en Concho Street, dentro de la ciudad de Eagle Pass.
Este caso fue trabajado por la Oficina del Sheriff del condado de Maverick junto con el Departamento de Policía de Eagle Pass, informó el subjefe de MCSO, Roberto de León.
Por motivos de investigación, la autoridad no reveló detalles de la víctima, pero sí de quienes ahora se encuentran detenidos bajo el cargo de secuestro agravado.
Los sujetos fueron identificados como Manuel y Carlos Galván, de 30 y 35 años, y José Garza luego de que la víctima los identificara.
El trío supuestamente "levantó" a la víctima en Pecos Street al norte de la comunidad.
Las labores de investigación llevaron a los agentes hasta una casa dentro del término municipal donde tras detectarlo encontraron a los sospechosos y pudieron rescatar a la víctima quien tenía algunas heridas en el rostro, dijo De León.
Dado que se trata de un caso grave, De León aseguró que están intensificando la investigación para conocer el motivo de este secuestro.
