Eagle Pass, TX - On Wednesday afternoon, elements of the Maverick County Sheriff Department were dispatched to a domestic disturbance call in the Rosita Valley sector.
A 16-year-old boy was acting aggressive towards his family, deputies proceeded to arrest the teenager.
While en route to the sheriff department, the juvenile threatened the officers with taking his own life, by placing the seat belt around his neck while at the time, handcuffed.
The juvenile was transported to the hospital, then referred to a San Antonio mental health clinic.
