On Thursday afternoon, tense scene presented at the Mexican side of International Bridge 2.
According to sources, a panhandler who is observed regularly on the bridge ran toward the fence when noticed authorities.
The man climbed over the fence and threatened to jump off into the river.
Mexican Authorities claim the man has been previously confronted and arrested for asking for money to travelers from MX-US.
At the end of the day the man was convince to come down from the fence, there are no reported injuries at this time.

El jueves por la tarde, escena tensa presentada en el lado mexicano del Puente Internacional 2.
Según las fuentes, un mendigo que se observa regularmente en el puente corrió cuando las autoridades notaron.
El hombre trepó la cerca y amenazó con saltar al río.
Las autoridades mexicanas afirman que el hombre ha sido confrontado y arrestado anteriormente por pedir dinero a los viajeros de MX-US.
Al final del día, el hombre fue convencido de bajar de la cerca, no hay reported de heridas en este momento.
