Eagle Pass, TX - On Saturday afternoon, units of the Maverick County Sheriff's Office (MCSO) responded to a gas station on FM 1021 after a male subject sustained serious injuries to his leg.
MCSO says the man's car shifted gears while his feet were outside the vehicle, causing a tire to run over the left foot.
EMS crews were summoned to the scene where the subject was transported to the Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center.
Due to the severity of the injuries sustained the subject was transported via Air Evac to a San Antonio area hospital.

MCSO dice que el auto del hombre cambió de marcha mientras sus pies estaban afuera del vehiculo, causando que una llanta corriera sobre el pie izquierdo.
Los equipos de EMS fueron convocados a la escena donde el sujeto fue transportado al Centro Médico Regional Fort Duncan.
Debido a la gravedad de las lesiones sufridas, el sujeto fue transportado por Air Evac a un hospital del área de San Antonio.
