Eagle Pass, TX - Independence Day celebration is around the corner and residents are warned to avoid using fireworks within city limits.
The possession, manufacture, store, sell, discharging of any kind of firework is prohibited inside Eagle Pass city limits, the Eagle Pass Police Department will strictly enforce the prohibition. Anyone found to be in possession of or using fireworks within the city limits may be issued a fine.
The use and sale of Fireworks are permitted in Maverick County only outside city limits. Residents are allowed to discharge fireworks with precaution and safety measures.
