Eagle Pass, TX - Two individuals identified as 18-year-old Roman Rodríguez and 20-year-old Rolando Ramos were detained by Maverick County Sheriff's Office (MCSO) deputies because they are accused by a 15YOA male victim of being responsible for stealing his valuables when he was on his way to his residence, at the south part of the county.
Preliminary reports from Sheriff Tom Schmerber reveal that the victim called when he was at his home to report the incident. The victim claims that while he was walking, a vehicle paired up with him and the passengers pointed firearms at him to make him get on.
Once he was aboard of the unit, he commented that they took money from him along with other objects. Despite they fled, the patrols obtained details of the car and after a search they were able to locate them.
The alleged responsible subjects were transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center on charges of aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon for which they received bail of $20,000 each.

Eagle Pass, TX - Dos individuos identificados como Roman Rodríguez de 18 años y Rolando Ramos de 20 años fueron detenidos por agentes de la Oficina del Sheriff del Condado de Maverick (MCSO) porque fueron acusados por un joven de 15 años de edad de ser responsables de robar sus objetos de valor cuando se dirigía a su residencia, en la parte sur del condado.
Los informes preliminares del sheriff Tom Schmerber revelan que la víctima llamó cuando estaba en su casa para informar del incidente. La víctima afirma que mientras caminaba, un vehículo se emparejó con él y los pasajeros le apuntaron con armas de fuego para que subiera. Una vez a bordo de la unidad, comentó que le quitaron dinero junto con otros objetos.
Aunque huyeron, las patrullas obtuvieron detalles del auto y luego de una búsqueda pudieron localizarlos.
Los presuntos responsables fueron trasladados al Centro de Detención Tom Bowles por cargos de robo agravado con arma mortal por lo que recibieron una fianza de 20.000 dólares cada uno.
