Eagle Pass, TX - A local non profit organization called The Buddy Foundation, who is actively involved in the rescue of dogs and other animals throughout Eagle Pass posted about animal cruelty on social media on Sunday.
In the Facebook post the non profit posted pictures of a harmed horse who was shot with an arrow by unknown suspect(s).
On the pictures blood along with the arrow and the injured horse can be observed.
According to the post, the buddy foundation have seen so many animal cruelty cases and have yet to see any case resolved.
"Animal Cruelty is so rampant in our community. We’ve seen horrible things being done to animals without consequences. We’ve opened many animal cruelty reports and cases with local law enforcement that fall on deaf ears. We have yet to see any of these cases come to resolution. Animal rights are clearly not a priority to our local judicial system. Animals will continue to suffer greatly at the hands of cruel people until something is done to stop it! Animals have rights!! The state of Texas has implemented laws that are grossly ignored in Eagle Pass. Crueldad animal reportada en Eagle Pass, disparan a caballo con flecha
