Desde el sábado cuando fue detenido en la ciudad de San Antonio, luego de salir del hospital donde fue atendido por lesiones sufridas, hasta el martes no había sido representado por ninguna agencia del Servicio de Fianzas que le permitiera pagar el 10% del monto a recuperar su libertad.

Incluso si el sujeto obtiene una fianza, enfrentará su proceso relacionado con el incidente hasta que el fiscal presente el caso a la corte.

En cuanto a la víctima que recibió la herida en el cuello, ya se está recuperando satisfactoriamente, a pesar de ser considerada una lesión grave.
