San Antonio, TX - Bexar County Sheriff's Office has arrested three individuals over a video that went viral showing a 3-year-old boy smoking marijuana.
The boy's sister identified as Larissa Contreras, 18, and her boyfriend Thomas Esquivel, 19, were arrested on Thursday on accusations of encouraging the toddler boy to smoke marijuana and recording the incident in video and uploading it on social media.
A third person age 16 was arrested on Friday on endangerment of a child charges, his identity was not disclosed due to the suspect being a juvenile.
At some point in the video the child is heard choking on the smoke, meanwhile the others adults and teenagers in the vehicle are laughing at the incident.

La hermana del niño identificada como Larissa Contreras, de 18 años, y su novio Thomas Esquivel, de 19, fueron arrestados el jueves por acusaciones de alentar al niño pequeño a fumar marihuana y grabar el incidente en video y subirlo a las redes sociales.
Una tercera persona de 16 años fue arrestada el viernes por cargos de poner en peligro a un niño, su identidad no fue revelada debido a que el sospechoso era un menor. En algún momento del video se escucha al niño ahogándose con el humo, mientras los demás adultos y adolescentes en el vehículo se ríen del incidente.
