With the recent passing of legend Anthony Bourdain, we remember when he came down to Eagle Pass and took a tour inside the waters of the Rio Grande.
The story which was showcased in the Travel Channel, highlighted the strong consistent opposition our late beloved mayor Chad Foster demonstrated against the Border Wall.
