Eagle Pass, TX - While reportedly being under the influence of drugs , a local teen girl attempted to assault her mother with a baseball bat.
The incident which took place for reasons not disclosed by corresponding authorities in a located in the Wagon Wheel sector.
Maverick County Sheriff deputies went to the place of the incident to place the minor under custody, who acknowledged having ingested toxic substances before their arrival.
The minor was taken into custody and turned her over to the Juvenile Probation department for investigation.
