Paul del Rincon to re-occupy the CBP Port of Entry Director position

Updated: Jun 19, 2018

Paul Del Rincon served as the interim Port of Entry Director in Eagle Pass for approximately 3 months before parting to his hometown Tucson, Arizona.

He made a great impact in Eagle Pass by impressively reducing border crossing time.

According to sources, Mr. Del Rincon left Eagle Pass in order to be considered as a potential candidate for the vacant Port of Entry Director position.

Not only did both the public and elected officials from Eagle Pass and its sister city Piedras Negras admired him, but it appears Del Rincon also cherished his time in this Border.

On Thursday, June 14 Paul Del Rincon was officially appointed permanently as CBP Port of Entry Director in Eagle Pass.

Del Rincon's return to this city will be crucial in the process of getting the SENTRI lane up and running.
