Eagle Pass, TX - On Friday, February 14, Eagle Pass Police Department officers responded to a residence within the 1700 block of Olive Street in reference to the burglary of a residence and theft of two vehicles.
Homeowners arrived to discover a 2005 Hummer H2 and a 2010 Audi A4 missing from the residential property and further found the residence to have been entered without consent.
The investigation led to the arrest of 29-year-old Jonathan Henry Flood and 23-year-old Hector Alvarez.
Flood and Alvarez were presented before a magistrate and formally charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and burglary of habitation.
Each received a combined $125,000 bond and were remanded to the Tom Bowles Detention Center.
