Eagle Pass, TX - Friday at 4:30 PM, Maverick County Sheriff Deputies were dispatched to 2880 Yucca Circle Apt #1 in reference to an Assault Family Violence.
Deputies made contact with a 28 year old female victim who stated she had been assaulted by her ex-boyfriend identified as 28 year old Jonathan Henry Flood and his friend identified as 21 year old Christian Ray Barret.
Both male subjects bacame barricaded and refused to exit the apartment.
SWAT was activated and prior to entering the apartment, Flood exited with no incident.
The second subject remained inside the apartment and SWAT entered and safely arrested Barret with no incident.
Both subjects were placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for further processing.

Los agentes se pusieron en contacto con una mujer de 28 años que declaró haber sido agredida por su ex novio identificado como Jonathan Henry Flood, de 28 años, y su amigo identificado como Christian Ray Barret, de 21 años.
Ambos sujetos masculinos se encerraron y se rehusaron a salir del departamento.
SWAT se activó y antes de entrar al apartamento, Flood salió sin incidentes.
El segundo sujeto permaneció dentro del departamento y SWAT entró y arrestó a Barret sin incidentes.
Ambos sujetos fueron arrestados y transportados al Centro de Detención de Tom Bowles para su posterior procesamiento.
