Eagle Pass, TX – An Eagle Pass Police Department officer is under investigation for accusation of inappropriate touching of a woman.
Local Authorities have not revealed identity but according to confidential sources, said officer is a veteran officer who has been with the department for years.
Allegedly a woman reported the officer of inappropriate behavior towards her while off-duty.
It is said that the officer was previously involved in an incident where he threatened someone at a party with a firearm, case also remains under investigation.
