Eagle Pass, TX- A female complainant arrived at the Eagle Pass Police Department on Monday morning, to file a report that she was victim of an assault by her domestic partner.
According to police, the woman sustained serious injuries, and stated that an underage female witness was also pushed by the suspect.
The alleged attacker was identified as Jorge Armando Franco of nearly 30 years of se.
The victim stated she believes the man fled to sister city Piedras Negras, Mexico.
The woman claims the man assaulted her for denying money to purchase alcohol. After assaulting the victim, the subject took her credit cards which were immediately canceled by the woman.

Eagle Pass, TX - Una mujer llegó al departamento de policía de Eagle Pass el lunes por la mañana para presentar una denucia de que fue víctima de un asalto por parte de su pareja doméstica.
Según la policía, la mujer sufrió heridas severas y declaró que el sospechoso también había empujado a una testigo menor de edad.
El presunto atacante fue identificado como Jorge Armando Franco de casi 30 años de edad.
La víctima declaró que cree que el hombre huyó a la ciudad hermana de Piedras Negras, México.
La mujer afirma que el hombre la asaltó por negar dinero para comprar alcohol. Después de agredir a la víctima, el sujeto tomó sus tarjetas de crédito cuáles fueron canceladas inmediatamente por la mujer.
