Carrizo Springs, TX - Last Thursday, September 2nd, 2021 in the early morning hours, Sheriff Marion Boyd and his Deputies with the assistance of HSI agents executed three search warrants and thirty felony arrest warrants in Carrizo Springs.
Three persons of interest were arrested as a result of a ten month long investigation led by DCSO.
Lauro Rios of Carrizo Springs was arrested for 13 counts of Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance PG 1. Domingo Lumbreas Jr. of Carrizo Springs was arrested for 12 counts of Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance PG 1. Ricardo Villa Sepeda of Carrizo Springs was arrested for 5 counts of Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance PG 1.
All three subjects were taken into custody and transported to the Dimmit County Jail for booking.
Sheriff Boyd stated he was extremely proud of the excellent work put into this investigation by his Deputies. "I couldn’t be any happier with the work my men and women did today," Marion said. "From the first day this investigation began last year to the moment all three individuals were in custody, I had no doubt in my Deputies abilities to get the job done. I’d like to thank our partners in Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) for their assistance during the arrests."

Tres personas de interés fueron arrestadas como resultado de una investigación de diez meses dirigida por DCSO.
Lauro Ríos de Carrizo Springs fue arrestado por 13 cargos de Fabricación o Entrega de una Sustancia Controlada PG 1. Domingo Lumbreas Jr. de Carrizo Springs fue arrestado por 12 cargos de Fabricación o Entrega de una Sustancia Controlada PG 1. Ricardo Villa Sepeda de Carrizo Springs fue arrestado por 5 cargos de Fabricación o Entrega de una Sustancia Controlada PG 1.
Los tres sujetos fueron detenidos y transportados a la cárcel del condado de Dimmit para su reserva.
