Reported increase in border crossings for June

Eagle Pass, TX - Despite a weakening peso international crossings on Eagle Pass bridges were up a respectable 3.92% in June.

Cars and pickups were up 8.33% while bolstering the local crossings was a 47.5% increase in 4-axle trucks.

However overall truck traffic saw a sharp decline of 6.02% for the month of June to just 595 trucks per day average.

Average daily traffic for all vehicles during June was 8,559 per day.
