Eagle Pass, TX - A Texas National Guard soldier was detained by officers from the Maverick County Sheriff's Department over an active warrant to serve for intimidation, stalking.
The active element was working and stationed at the camp located at the radar base approximately 12 miles from Eagle Pass, the Sheriff's office said.
The soldier was identified as 41-year-old Brandon Dean Shepard is and according to MCSO detective Efrain Valdez, the complainant reported after being threatened through phone calls.
Shepard was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center where he awaited processing by a judicial officer.
