Austin, TX - Texas Governor Greg Abbott is calling on all Texans and Candidates for office to join him by signing a pledge AGAINST defunding the police.
"Some cities want to defund our police — but we can’t allow it," Governor Abbott stated. "This reckless action invites crime into our communities and it threatens the safety of all Texans including our law enforcement officers and their families."
The Governor pointed out that this cannot be allowed to happen in Texas, requesting all leaders, Texans and candidates for office, regardless of party affiliation, to join his effort of backing the blue!

"Algunas ciudades quieren quitar los fondos a nuestra policía, pero no podemos permitirlo", declaró el gobernador Abbott. "Esta acción imprudente invita a la delincuencia a nuestras comunidades y amenaza la seguridad de todos los tejanos, incluidos nuestros agentes del orden público y sus familias".
