Father struck, kicked pregnant daughter, sent her to the ER

Eagle Pass, TX - A young pregnant girl ended up in the emergency room after her father beat her with a closed fist and kicked her after knocking her to the ground.

It is an unfortunate case that took place in a residence in the Lewis State Farm sector south of this community near Las Quintas fronterizas sector, reported by the Maverick County Sheriff's Office.

In this incident the victim claimed to have started an argument with her father, and he struck her then fled the home.

When the sheriff's officers arrived, they called the Eagle Pass Fire Department for assistance, paramedics arrived at the scene to treat the victim and transported her to Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center.

Authorities prepare an arrest warrant for the aggressor who will be formally charged.
