Eagle Pass, TX - The Eagle Pass Police Department is investigating an act of family violence that took place on Monday at 4:52 pm within the 1700 block of Camarinos Street.
A female victim was transported to the Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center with injuries consistent with those of a stab wound.
A male subject identified as 41-year-old Arnaldo Gonzalez was arrested and formally charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and remanded to the Tom Bowles Detention Center in lieu of a $50,000.00 bond.
Sources say, the victim happens to be the wife of the alleged aggressor. The incident remains under investigation by EPPD.

Un sujeto masculino identificado como Arnaldo González, de 41 años, fue arrestado y acusado formalmente de asalto agravado con un arma mortal y enviado al Centro de Detención Tom Bowles en lugar de una fianza de $ 50,000.00.
