Eagle Pass, TX - The Maverick County Sheriff deputies patrolling an area of Main Street, detained a subject after they discovered that he had a warrant for his arrest on charges of causing injury to a disabled minor, his stepson.
The person was identified as Josuè Rocha, 48, who was traveling on a bicycle and a patrolman recognized him.
He was intercepted to identify himself and specified that learned it was the wanted man who had been previously reported for attacking his stepson.
