Eagle Pass, TX - A 4-year-old girl was savagely attacked by a pit bull dog in an incident that took place on Tuesday at a home in the Las Quintas Fronterizas sector.
Reports from the sheriff's office indicate that the girl suffered the attack by the animal that caused mainly head injuries, which led to her being transported in an ambulance to the Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center.
Later, the girl was transferred by air to a San Antoino-area hospital where she is being treated medically.
Meanwhile, sheriff detectives have opened an investigation to determine whether charges are brought against the owner of the dog.

Eagle Pass, TX - Una niña de 4 años fue atacada salvajemente por un perro pitbull en un incidente ocurrido este martes en una casa en el sector Las Quintas Fronterizas.
Informes de la oficina del alguacil indican que la niña sufrió el ataque del animal que le causó principalmente heridas en la cabeza, lo que la llevó a ser transportada en ambulancia al Centro Médico Regional Fort Duncan.
