San Antonio, TX - On Tuesday, a man was taken to a hospital after being shot at a San Antonio hotel.
According to SAPD, the victim identified as 47-year-old, Del Rio sector Border Patrol Agent, Jon Travis Marburger was found with multiple gunshot wounds inside a room at a La Quinta hotel.
Marburger was transported in critical condition to University Hospital where he later died.
Police arrested the deceased person's wife, Sherry Lee Marburger who is faces murder charges.
The tragedy occurred on Tuesday when officers responded to a shooting in progress report at around 8:22 a.m. reports say.

Según el departamento de policia de San Antonio, la víctima identificada como el agente de la Patrulla Fronteriza del sector de Del Río, de 47 años, Jon Travis Marburger fue encontrado con múltiples heridas de bala dentro de una habitación en un hotel La Quinta.
Marburger fue transportado en estado crítico al Hospital Universitario donde murió más tarde.
La policía arrestó a la esposa del fallecido, Sherry Lee Marburger, quien enfrenta cargos de asesinato.
